Appointments
7:30 PM Appointment with Steve Nicoletta to discuss a restoration plan for 61 Ocean Avenue
Mr. Nicoletta, in response to an enforcement order, hired Outback Engineering, Inc. to design a restoration plan for unauthorized cutting of small trees and brush on the shoreline of Monponsett Pond. He explained to the Commission that the house is tenant occupied and the tenant did not comply with the terms of the lease. Mr. Lindquist read the project narrative and Mr. Vacca’s comments into the record.

Mr. John Kemmett read the Public Hearing Notice and the abutters were verified. The applicant requested a continuance until August 25, 2009. Because the pond lies within an Estimated and Priority Habitat, the Natural Heritage of Endangered Species Program has ordered a review of two state listed species of “special concern”, the Tidewater Mucket and the Eastern Pond Mussel.
No abutters were present.
